Hey there, jet setter
I'm Meghan, the founder of Love Your Suitcase. I have had the fortune and opportunity to travel the world and fell in love with the destinations, the possibilities, and the journey to get there. Once I learned how to make points and miles work in my favor, that only accelerated my passion. Gaining new perspectives via traveling has been one of my greatest joys in life.
I speak both English and French, and know basic Spanish. My favorite thing to do in a new country is learn a few words of the local language and take a trip to the grocery store to see the similarities and contrast from home, and explore my love of new foods! I studied abroad in France when I was in college, and it remains one of my very favorite places to return to. My favorite trip destination so far has been the South Island of New Zealand. And the city I can't wait to go back to, which blew my expectations out of the water, was Buenos Aires.

I started Love Your Suitcase because I knew there were people out there who wanted to travel more, but didn't know how to get started. People who had accumulated tons of points and miles, but struggled to know how to spend them. And of course, people who wanted help in all of the above, and traditional travel agencies with commission based structures restricted them to a one dimensional kind of vacation.We don't do that here.I think that planning the trip should be half the fun. My commission-free services are designed to help you with any and every step of your travel planning journey. And we do it your way. Want to use your points and miles to fly there or stay in a hotel? So do I. Prefer to stay in a mix of vacation rentals and hotels? Love that. Want to go somewhere a traditional travel agent doesn't have connections to? I'll never turn you down! I'm all about making sure your travel needs come first.
